Agreement to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Winjii Soft, trading as PremastLab, a company registered in Egypt ("PremastLab", "we", "us"). By using this website you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

https://premastlab.com presents our work, our services, and ways to get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote, or a guarantee of results. Any engagement between us is governed by a separate signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement — and if that document conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.

Our products

We build and operate Premast and Maatix. Each is a separate service with its own terms of service and privacy policy, which you accept when you sign up for it. These terms do not govern your use of those products — they govern this website only.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated scraping that degrades performance, denial-of-service attempts, or uploading malicious code.
• Submit content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

Intellectual property

The site and its contents — text, design, graphics, code, and the PremastLab name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Ownership of work we produce under a client engagement is set by the agreement covering that engagement, not by these terms.

Work shown in our portfolio

Our portfolio and case studies include client names, logos, and project work. Those remain the property of their respective owners, and we show them to describe work we have carried out. Trade marks shown belong to their owners and their use here does not imply endorsement or partnership.

If you own material shown on this site and would like it amended or removed, email [email protected] and we will deal with the request promptly.

What you send us

You are responsible for anything you submit through the contact form or by email, including any attachment. Do not send confidential information before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

By sending us material, you confirm you have the right to do so and you give us permission to use it for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and preparing a proposal. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about our services, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.
